"Now, therefore,” says the Lord, “Turn to Me with all your heart, With fasting, with weeping, and with mourning.
- Joel 2:12
Beginning March 10, 2024, we will enter into a time of church-wide prayer and fasting, and we will break our fast together in Communion on Easter Sunday 2024.
Fasting is an act of humility before God to seek His divine intervention in the events of our physical world. When we fast, we are intentionally refraining from something in our life (usually food) for the purpose of seeking God and hearing his voice in our lives. It brings revelation by the Holy Spirit of our true spiritual condition, leading to brokenness, repentance, and change.
As we approach this season, we ask that you prayerfully consider joining us as we seek God together!
